Operations Support Coordinator-NASP

NewGen Administrative Services is looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to join their team. The OSC will be responsible for day-to-day operational functions and ensuring projects meet objectives on time and within budget while collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

Project Management
Test process functionality and new releases as well as facilitate between end-users and Project Manager’s objectives
Effectively communicate and coordinate within internal teams to gather and review information needed to keep projects on track
Organize and facilitate cross sector project control board for impact analysis, planning and disposition of changes
Reporting and Analysis
Adhere to corporate standards for performance metrics, data integrity, and reporting format to ensure high quality, and meaningful output
Cross Department Functions
Assist various teams in evaluating existing business processes to improve specifications that directly and indirectly have financial impacts
Coordinate training and support for end-users
Coordinate to implement and/or support development systems that will enable the entire Strategy & Ops team to perform with greater efficiency and accountability
Assist with managing quality of change implementation plans while optimizing implementation cost and planning
Perform other duties as necessary or assigned by the Supervisor or Department Head

Required

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, contracts, and memos
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and/or small group situations to upper management, and other employees of the organization
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished by written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Economics Mathematics, or equivalent from an accredited university
Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Strong experience with Microsoft Office (O365), particularly in Excel, Access, and Word
