Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines, storage, networking, Azure AD, and security configurations
Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for standardized, secure endpoint deployment and management
Design, implement, and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for both on-prem and cloud systems
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and VPNs
Ensure secure and reliable connectivity between internal systems, cloud services, and remote users
Administer and support 3CX phone systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user management, maintain QoS
Implement and maintain IT security best practices, including patch management, endpoint protection, access controls, and system hardening
Install, configure, and support servers, workstations, printers, and peripheral devices
Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, network diagrams, and IT inventory
Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reliability, and security through automation and modernization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Systems Administrator or similar infrastructure-focused role
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Shell, Windows Server, and Active Directory, Intune, Autopilot configurations
Strong experience with managing users, groups, mailboxes, access control, least privilege and 0365 admin console
Create and maintain system, network, and infrastructure diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to support documentation and troubleshooting
Solid understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls)
Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Preferred
Familiarity with VoIP systems and Cisco networking equipment is a plus
