Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience across modern application development, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, user experience design, quality assurance, AI-enabled solutions, and agile delivery and program management, while working on real client engagements alongside experienced consultants
Graduates will either rotate through or specialize in key capability areas based on interests, strengths, and business needs, building both strong technical foundations and core consulting skills
Qualification
Required
Recent graduates or upcoming graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
Strong preference for candidates located in the Chicagoland area
Strong interest in cloud technologies, AI, and modern software development
Exposure to at least one programming language, technical discipline, or design practice
Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Internship, academic, or personal project experience in software development, cloud, AI, or design
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
Exposure to agile, DevOps, CI/CD, or AI-assisted development tools
Interest in consulting and working across multiple industries and technologies
