Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows
Build and enhance solutions within Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) and Health Cloud, ensuring alignment with healthcare workflows and compliance needs
Integrate and extend AgentForce AI Agent capabilities to automate processes, improve user interactions, and support intelligent workflows
Collaborate with data teams to implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for unified data, analytics, and reporting across healthcare and life sciences systems
Participate in requirements gathering, design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure scalable and secure development
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications while adhering to coding standards, best practices, and healthcare security regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
5–7 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and complex cloud implementations
Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) and/or Health Cloud, with strong understanding of healthcare data models and compliance needs
Proven experience integrating and customizing AgentForce AI Agents and working with Salesforce Data Cloud to support advanced automation and data‑driven capabilities
