Responsibilities
Daily support at customer paper mill(s), ensuring safe and effective treatment programs, generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and service reports, measure inventory, support order management and deliveries. May help support other customers within the district
Assists with technical issues at customer site(s), bring any issues to the customers attention and work with key account manager to put together a plan for corrective action – ensures the sales account manager is kept informed out outcomes and follow up
Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required
Assist with data analysis on program performance
Participate in technical training opportunities for advancement of skills and knowledge
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Paper Science and Chemical Engineering preferred
Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds
Travel to our customer paper mill sites
