Staff Force Personnel Services is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Accounts Payable / Administrative Assistant to support their client during a 12-week maternity leave coverage period. The role involves entering accounts payable invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and providing general administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities
Enter accounts payable invoices manually and upload them into the AI invoice processing system
Review and reconcile monthly vendor statements
Answer incoming phone calls and route callers to the appropriate team member
Assist with monthly vehicle registration and related record tracking
Order office and project supplies through Amazon for project managers
Provide general administrative support and assist with additional office tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in accounting, accounts payable, or office administration preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
