Required
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries with professionalism and ensure excellent client experiences
Proficiency in Communication and Phone Etiquette for effectively interacting with customers and team members over various channels
Basic understanding of Sales techniques to assist in converting leads into appointments and contributing to business growth
Ability to work efficiently in a structured, on-site environment with a focus on teamwork and meeting deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required—training will be provided
Additional education or certifications in sales or customer-related fields are a plus
