Assist in maintaining all product costing systems

Lead efforts to improve production and warehouse management methods
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or relevant field, or equivalent work experience required in lieu of a degree
Proficient in analytics and data manipulation using Excel and other tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
3+ years experience working in a similar function in a manufacturing environment
2+ years experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities, etc
Knowledge of labor management systems and incentive-based pay
Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts
