Responsibilities
Design and establish load test scenarios for various types of performance tests including load, stress, volume, failover, etc
Coordinate and collaborate with other dependent teams across the product line to ensure the success of the overall test run
Conduct manual testing to validate vulnerabilities
Monitor server utilization during test runs
Participate in code reviews for performance test scenarios and create/maintain test data
Engage in production log analysis to determine target and peak load models
Maintain performance test scenarios and test scripts
Develop and submit performance test reports
Analyze performance test results comprehensively
Qualification
Required
6+ years of performance testing experience and a comprehensive understanding of product performance testing concepts, methodologies, and techniques
Experience using LoadRunner and JMeter for performance testing
Proficiency in using scripting languages (Java) for developing and customizing test scripts
Experience in planning and designing performance tests for load, stress, spike, scalability, and volume testing
Proficiency in performance test analysis and presenting results to product teams/tech operations
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace) to collect performance metrics
