Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and optimize Meditech clinical and operational modules, including:
Scheduling
Orders
Clinical documentation and workflows
Pharmacy-adjacent workflows (as applicable)
Translate clinical and operational requirements into effective system build
Support Meditech implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives
Partner with Implementation Engineers to deploy solutions across environments
Participate in workflow design, validation, and optimization sessions
Develop and execute test plans and test scripts
Support integrated testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Collaborate with QA resources to ensure accuracy, stability, and compliance
Provide tiered support for Meditech applications across supported modules
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
Support issue triage and escalation in collaboration with the support team
Work closely with:
Implementation Engineers
QA analysts
Support analysts
Clinical, operational, and pharmacy stakeholders
Act as a flexible analyst who can support multiple workstreams as priorities evolve
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on Meditech analyst experience
Experience supporting multiple Meditech modules (e.g., scheduling, orders, clinical workflows)
Strong understanding of clinical and operational healthcare workflows
Experience with system build, testing, and production support
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Implementation or optimization project experience preferred
Pharmacy or medication-related workflow experience a plus
Familiarity with Epic or Cerner environments is a plus
