Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end developer journey and internal developer platform as a product

Lead teams to build and operate secure, automated CI/CD pipelines with integrated security tools

Manage the engineering toolchain (source control, CI/CD, artifact repositories, deployment orchestrators)

Define and report on engineering KPIs (DORA metrics) and drive continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor of Computer Engineering

Experience leading Platform Engineering or Developer Experience teams

Expertise in containerization and cloud-native CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Harness CD)

Proven DevSecOps implementation, including security integration and 'shift-left' culture

Practical experience with SRE principles and performance metrics

Data-driven approach to engineering effectiveness and developer satisfaction

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or other related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
