Sales Development Representative
Sitreps 2 Steercos is a hospitality tech company redefining connections between venues, operators, and customers. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified opportunities and support the sales team in achieving growth targets.

Responsibilities
Drive top-of-funnel pipeline by generating qualified opportunities for AEs and sales leadership
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads, turning interest into booked meetings
Execute targeted outbound prospecting to identify and engage decision-makers and key influencers
Build strong rapport with prospects and establish long-term relationships early in the buying journey
Keep a clean, accurate CRM by logging activity, updating accounts, and tracking opportunities
Consistently hit (and aim to beat) monthly quota for qualified meetings and pipeline created
Collaborate closely with AEs and leadership to refine messaging, sequences, and outreach strategy
Help shape the foundation of our BDR function, including process, tooling, and best practices
Qualification
Required
0-1 years of relevant experience in sales development, business development, or a high-volume customer-facing role
Can confidently identify influencers and decision-makers within accounts
Communicates clearly and persuasively, both written and verbal
Is organized, consistent, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
Has the grit and optimism to handle rejection, iterate fast, and keep moving
Brings strong curiosity and coachability, and you want feedback and you get better quickly
Preferred
Experience selling into restaurants, hospitality groups, venues, or multi-location operators
Familiarity with outbound tools like Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or Salesforce
You have worked at an early-stage startup and enjoy building from scratch
