Responsibilities
Provide architectural oversight and guidance for CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
Oversee and optimize Azure cloud environments across multiple projects and teams, including compute, networking, and storage
Support deployment and release of .NET / C# applications in Azure environments
Identify solutions and implementation paths for newly identified security requirements
Partner with Microsoft engineering teams to improve build, test, and release workflows
Document pipelines, infrastructure, and operational processes
Lead and manage a team, providing strategic direction, performance oversight, and career development support
Establish and drive DevOps standards, governance, and operational excellence across distributed teams
Partner with US-based and global stakeholders to align DevOps strategy with business and security objectives
Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and delivery commitments across projects
Provide leadership in security and compliance initiatives, including S360 and Secure First Initiative (SFI) efforts
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline automation, and Azure Engineering
5+ years of experience with Azure networking and authentication processes
2+ years of experience leading technical teams or managing DevOps engineers
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factories, Network Security Perimeters, and Virtual Machines
Hands-on experience supporting C# / .NET applications
Working knowledge of SQL Server and Azure SQL
Flexibility to occasionally support EMEA time zones is required based on project and operational needs
Preferred
Experience managing offshore or distributed teams
