Responsibilities

Function as a strategic advisor to the global segment business leaders and business partners, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive improved business outcomes
Serve as an active member of product development cross-functional teams, ensuring Molex leverages its decision-making framework and economic thinking principles
Partner with product managers and other stakeholders to prepare and communicate unbiased economic analyses in support of investment decisions and strategic initiatives
Provide transparency on investment opportunities by highlighting assumptions, key drivers, and financial impacts
Collaborate with the segment teams in North America, Europe, and Asia, including manufacturing plants in North America and China
Understand and communicate business financial results, working with stakeholders to prioritize actions and manage risks effectively
Seek and share knowledge and continuously enhance the value proposition of the TIS Finance team

Required

Experience in corporate finance, accounting, operations finance, or related role(s) that demonstrates an understanding and application of core finance concepts and economic principles
Deep understanding of financial statements and the relationships between income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis experience
Decision support and point of view development; you are comfortable challenging the team on a potential range of outcomes
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with business leaders and across diverse cross-functional teams; you are a confident communicator and translate financial data into actionable insights
Adept at managing multiple projects, priorities, and workstreams in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Available to travel periodically for business purposes (domestic and international)
