Adobe AEM Consultant (Contract-to-Hire)
Pridus Global is seeking a highly skilled Adobe AEM Consultant for a high-impact, 6-month contract-to-hire engagement. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level content management solutions using the Adobe Experience Cloud suite, while bridging complex business requirements with scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities
Architecture & Development: Lead the design and implementation of AEM components, templates, OSGi services, and workflows
Integration: Connect AEM with third-party services (CRMs, E-commerce platforms, and Analytics) and other Adobe Experience Cloud products (Target, Launch, Assets)
Migration & Upgrades: Assist in content migration strategies and platform upgrades to AEM as a Cloud Service
Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to performance, security, and scalability
Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, and front-end developers to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality user experiences
Client Engagement: Participate in client-facing workshops to gather requirements and present technical roadmaps
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience in AEM/CQ5 development
Deep proficiency in Java, J2EE, Sling, Felix, JCR, and Maven
Strong understanding of HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, CSS, and modern frameworks (React/Angular)
Hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe Managed Services
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Must be able to work standard Eastern Time (EST) hours
Preferred
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) – AEM Developer or Architect
Experience with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Knowledge of Dispatcher configuration and CDN integration
