Coastal is seeking a Solution Architect to support growth in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) vertical. Responsibilities

Responsible for designing a solution to leverage Salesforce product, features, and best practices extended with custom components to meet customer needs
Delivers technical and non-technical documentation for assigned projects, with relevant architecture diagrams (data models, high-level architecture, integration architecture, etc.)
Responsible for overall solution design, build task development, estimating effort to complete build tasks and oversight of reporting/dashboard creation and UAT
Familiarity with the difference between declarative and programmatic development, partner applications (i.e. Conga, DocuSign, AccountingSeed, etc), and general AppExchange products and when it is appropriate to use each in relation to customer requirements
Demonstrates the ability to perform Salesforce.com administration/configuration/data migration duties as needed
Works effectively individually and with Coastal team members and client members toward customer satisfaction and success
Act as a solution SME, working with Delivery leadership and Account Executives to accurately scope sales proposals
Partner with Project Managers to encourage a collaborative environment with delivery and customer project teams
Seeks opportunities to develop professional and technical skills, while also providing guidance and support to Coastal team members for technical and professional growth
Achieves and maintains necessary Salesforce technical certifications and Salesforce partner certifications
Supports discovery and solutioning where Data Cloud/Data 360 is part of the broader Salesforce solution

Required

Experience with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Cloud Technology, Business Intelligence, and CRM products
Implementation experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (in partnership with delivery teams)
Familiarity with SQL, SOQL, SOSL and SAQL query languages
4-6 years of advanced skills in Salesforce Platform Business Analysis and exposure to Project Scoping
2+ years experience in a Senior Consultant (or equivalent seniority)
Demonstrate strong competencies around the core Salesforce.com platform
Applied knowledge of Salesforce and the Sales, Services, and Marketing functions
Active Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant Certification required, minimum 4x certified preferred
Proven experience applying Salesforce to high-tech business functions: recurring revenue models, entitlement management, and customer success automation
Previous experience with software development life cycle (SLDC), Agile or Hybrid preferred
Ability to create entity relationship and object relationship diagrams to demonstrate design concepts and tools
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience being client-facing and/or acting as an internal project leader and managing multiple stakeholders
Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies on the Salesforce platform
Must have full-time permanent US work authorization

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Travel, as required by client or project milestones
Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Billing is a significant advantage for TMT engagements
Demonstrates a basic level of knowledge of common enterprise systems CRM or ERP
