Responsibilities
Assemble product kits accurately according to work orders, ensuring completeness and quality
Pick items from inventory following detailed instructions to meet order specifications
Pack products securely and efficiently to minimize damage during shipping
Prepare shipments, including proper labeling and documentation, to ensure smooth distribution processes
Monitor and manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overages
Collaborate with the Team Lead to understand daily priorities and contribute to meeting production targets
Maintain detailed and accurate records of orders, kits, and shipments to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is required, with familiarity in inventory management, order processing, and logistics
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively within a team
Proven ability to follow written and verbal instructions and handle documentation efficiently
Problem-solving skills to address structured and unstructured challenges
Ability to stand, walk, and manually handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
Preferred
Forklift certification or experience is highly desirable
