Responsible for a substantial amount of data entry
Maintaining a filing system for classifying, retrieving, and disposing of correspondence, reports, and other documents
Filling customer orders
Scanning documents
Performing a variety of clerical tasks in support of the Production Department
Qualification
Required
Good communication skills
Ability to maintain a filing system for classifying, retrieving, and disposing of correspondence, reports, and other documents
10-key proficiency
Proficiency in operating office equipment (copier, scanner, fax)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Preferred
Typically requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience
One (1) year of administrative support experience
