IT Technical Engineering Intern, Shockwave

Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring integration and data flows to analyze integration errors, failures and performance issues
Provide support to design and build an error monitoring dashboard to visualize integration status and failures
Collect, transform and analyze error logs and system data from application, database and integration platforms
Document integration processes, error handling procedures and resolution steps
Develop basic reports and visualizations for technical and business needs
Collaborate with various IT team members and support continuous improvement of data flows, error handling and monitoring
Qualification
Required
Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, computer and Electrical engineering, or related fields
Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework
Basic understanding of IT systems, SDLC and processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of databases, SQL and visualization tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future
