Responsibilities
Write, maintain and debug software for all front end solutions used by Apple to provide the world class support and service experience to its customers across channels
Build solutions to enable Apple to provide award-winning customer support & service through state-of-the-art front end applications
Work with modern web application technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and related frameworks and libraries
Deliver high-quality, stable software and break down large challenges into smaller, actionable tasks
Collaborate with team members and build for scale and succession, focusing on user interaction and user experience
Leverage AI-assisted coding and automation to accelerate development, testing, and code review, while developing innovative solutions to complex problems
Qualification
Required
BS degree in computer science or information management, or equivalent technical degree or experience
Experience building complex, large scale applications using modern web technologies (like JavaScript)
Demonstrated proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework like React, Vue.js, Angular.js or equivalent
Preferred
General knowledge of networking protocols HTTP/1 & HTTP/2 (GET, POST), cookies and other HTTP headers
General knowledge of web development best practices around accessibility, performance and production monitoring
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
