Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive intake process for program and project requests, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resource availability
Establish portfolio management practices, including tracking, reporting, and ongoing prioritization of initiatives to maximize impact and efficiency
Lead high-profile, cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective stakeholder engagement, and achievement of defined objectives
Oversee and enhance process documentation standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across all team outputs
Lead and develop a team of Program and Process Delivery associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic alignment
Monitor and report on key program metrics and performance indicators, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
8 or more years of program delivery, project management and/or process improvement
3 years or more of management experience
Experience managing large scale projects/initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage stakeholders and hold them accountable for deliverables
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and navigate competing priorities
High level of business acumen
Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Preferred
Master's Degree
Knowledge and/or experience within the Stars Organization, Risk Adjustment and/or Provider
PMP or CAPM Certification
Lean or Six Sigma certification
