Providing a range of administrative support activities serving the Department of Corrections
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in high school, vocational or technical school, or post-secondary educational institution
Proof of enrollment at the start of each term
Must be enrolled in at least six credit hours per term
Student Assistant positions cannot exceed 129 working hours in a calendar month
Student Assistant appointments end the month in which the student graduates or is no longer enrolled in school
A Student Assistant position cannot exceed six years unless otherwise approved by Human Resources
Preferred

Excellent communication skills
Interest in working in a fast-paced Human Resources environment
