Responsibilities
Manage and Analyze Data: Conduct data entry, data cleaning, and preliminary analysis to support evaluation and reporting efforts
Collaborate with the Evaluation Team: Participate in team meetings and planning activities to contribute to shared evaluation goals
Develop Data Collection Tools: Build and maintain data collection instruments using platforms such as SurveyMonkey, Kobo Toolbox, and Microsoft Forms
Support Special Projects: Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned to meet organizational needs
Qualification
Required
Current students pursuing a Bachelor's degree or in-progress Master's degree with coursework in research methods, evaluation, international studies, development, or another social science field
Coursework or hands-on experience in data collection, dataset configuration, and basic statistics
Moderate to advanced computer skills in a Windows environment, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, openness to new ideas, and the ability to work independently as a self-starter
Demonstrates strong accuracy, organization, and the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and basic procedure documentation
Preferred
Experience with survey tools and/or statistical software a plus
Nonprofit or international experience
Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English or other relevant languages
