Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
Build and deploy LLM evaluation frameworks, prompt libraries, and reusable AI components
Develop LLM guardrails, assertions, controls, and performance monitoring frameworks
Partner with data, platform, and technology teams to ensure AI capabilities are scalable across on-prem and cloud environments
Translate business requirements into end-to-end AI and analytics solutions
Communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and senior leadership
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Quantitative Analytics, Data Science, or Machine Learning
Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
Strong full-stack data science experience with hands-on exposure to GenAI and Agentic frameworks (ADK, MCP, A2A, O2A)
Experience building LLM evaluation frameworks, guardrails, monitoring, and controls
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, Google ADK, MCP
Proven experience deploying machine learning and GenAI solutions at scale
Financial services or commercial banking experience is highly preferred
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in AI/GenAI deployments
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience working in commercial banking or large financial institutions
Exposure to enterprise AI governance frameworks and model risk management
Experience in cloud-native AI platforms and MLOps pipelines
