Responsibilities
Accurately collect, analyze, and interpret credit union's financial and operational data
Create scheduled reports for staff on an ad-hoc basis with Credit Union Core Data
Manage the data with respect to GLBA/NCUA compliance
Develop and maintain up to date knowledge and ability to understand and evaluate financial and quantitative concepts and data

Manage the data with respect to GLBA/NCUA compliance
Develop and maintain up to date knowledge and ability to understand and evaluate financial and quantitative concepts and data
One year to three years of similar or related experience
A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program
Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft computer applications to include Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Access
Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality of information as appropriate
Must be capable of operating all types of office equipment including computer, copy machine, fax, and telephone
Sedentary work: must be able to sit for an extended period in a day, possess hand, wrist, and finger dexterity to use keyboard, phone, and calculator in a repetitive manner throughout your scheduled time
Must have the ability to view a computer monitor throughout your scheduled time
Must be available to work from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. M-F and work a flexible schedule
May be required to work at other branches and can travel to and from those branches
Preferred
Previous customer service or financial experience is a plus
