Responsibilities
Develop key operational metrics
Design seamless workflows
Foster team and cross-functional collaboration
Work hand-in-hand with 3D CT analysts, Clinical QA, Software QA, and Product Management teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in process engineering or an operational optimization role with software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) or medical imaging products
Lean and/or Six Sigma experience
Strong eye for optimization and a mindset of continuous improvement
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and compliance
