Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding and integrations, managing stakeholders and timelines
Build custom data migration playbooks and work directly with complex datasets
Identify field issues and bottlenecks and share actionable feedback with engineering
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for high-stakes customers
Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and implementation guides
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of software engineering experience
Customer-facing experience (Forward Deployed, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, etc.)
Comfortable working in ambiguity and owning outcomes
Strong communication skills across business and technical teams
Preferred
Experience working with data migration or large datasets is a plus
