Responsibilities
We need you to develop, implement and lead a team responsible for bringing new datacenters and solutions online and implement ongoing operations to provide high levels of availability
We want you to craft SLAs and critical metrics that provide a great foundation for the highest levels of service availability in a critical environment
Build positive relationships at multiple levels within the company, including with Hardware Engineering, Service Design and Operations teams
Work with peer organizations to identify and solve issues associated with service management, project management and supply chain operations
Find impactful ways to keep operating costs to a minimum while driving the development and implementation of effective and efficient processes
Identify, supervise and handle issues
Craft the metrics and dashboard to show the health of the Service
Qualification
Required
BS or BA in technical field or equivalent experience
15+ overall years handling service management and technology operations, including large-scale 24/7 cloud operations
At least 7 years in senior roles and team management; leading multi-functional relationships with internal and external partners
Proven Service Management experience and/or Data Center Operations
8+ years of demonstrated ability and successful track record handling sophisticated deployments
Experience with building and running high performance teams including training, mentoring and building processes that contribute to service availability
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Experienced in personnel management, staffing, and scheduling for a global environment
Experienced in project management, vendor management and agreements
