Responsibilities
Maintain core swatch archive
Receive and price new selections
Organize headers into their appropriate categories & file
Send physical references & color palettes to suppliers
Manage solid snip chart of SRS color references
Scan selected headers & aid in assigning codes
Receiving Fabric Detail Sheets & updating charts
Checking tracking received from suppliers to ensure accuracy
Take fabric photos for design and merch visual decks
Help steam/organize new garments for fashion week
Qualification
Required
Education in textiles, design, product development, or marketing preferred
Highly organized and excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative styles
Resourceful self-starter who can work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), familiar in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
