Responsibilities
Efficiently troubleshoot and replace PC and laptop hardware, ensuring minimal downtime
Manage hardware upgrades, disposals, and the loaner program, keeping an accurate record of the asset and software inventory
Offer first and second-level support for desktop and enterprise applications, including email, connectivity, remote access, and hardware issues
Build and deploy new workstations (desktops & laptops), including installation and upgrade of hardware/software on Windows workstations
Maintain positive customer relations through effective follow-up and manage customer issues by creating, tracking, and documenting technical solutions
Qualification
Required
Experience with both PC and Mac systems in a service desk or desktop support role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical users
Solid problem-solving, diagnosis, and troubleshooting skills
Prior experience in an onsite support role within a corporate environment, with a preference for candidates with experience in a Walk-Up Bar setting
Familiarity with networking (Wi-Fi and Wired), Windows Active Directory, Exchange, and video conferencing support (e.g., Zoom) is essential
