Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical lead for assigned enterprise customers
Analyze engineering workflows, business needs, and infrastructure to recommend well‑suited Ansys solutions
Develop and execute technical strategies in partnership with the Account Manager to support growth and long‑term engagement
Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and training activities customized to customer needs
Guide adoption and deployment of Ansys tools to help customers achieve engineering and business objectives
Track and document technical engagements to ensure consistency, visibility, and measurable outcomes
Partner with consulting, support, training, presales, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Support account‑based marketing and technical outreach initiatives that drive product expansion and increased utilization
Qualification
Required
5+ years of engineering experience, preferably within the aerospace sector
BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline
Experience using Ansys or similar CAE/CAD/EDA/PLM tools, with a strong emphasis on HF tools (HFSS, SIwave, etc.)
Demonstrated understanding of Ansys technology and how products are used across customer segments; ability to understand, represent and effectively communicate all technical activities associated with the account across all physics and product lines
Ability to manage multiple priorities and technical initiatives with clarity and accuracy
Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 50%
Strong technical acumen with the ability to dive deep into engineering challenges and apply Ansys tools effectively
Structured, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and opportunity-identification skills
Clear communicator capable of translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
Customer-focused mindset grounded in trust, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through
