This role serves as a technical and strategic contributor within the ServiceNow ecosystem, supporting enterprise service management initiatives across ITSM and ITOM, and driving process optimization and business innovation through automation and AI.

Responsibilities
Function as a change agent in process optimization and strategic planning for ServiceNow technology and business innovation
Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows
Build and consume REST and SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems
Utilize JavaScript, HTML, and related web technologies to customize and extend the platform
Support and enhance ITSM and ITOM modules to align with organizational needs
Apply automation and AI capabilities within ServiceNow to drive operational efficiencies and measurable business benefits
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
Participate in limited travel as needed for conferences or annual team meetings
Qualification
Required
W2 only, no C2C, must be authorized to work in the US (both now and in the future)
Strong ServiceNow development experience, including configuration and customization
Strong knowledge of web technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with ITSM and ITOM implementations
Ability to lead or support platform optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience working in complex enterprise environments
U.S. Citizenship requirement
Preferred
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist
Familiarity with ITIL and enterprise service management frameworks
