Leading technical sales efforts across HV and MV transformer products
Interpreting complex customer specifications (IEEE, ANSI, IEC, utility standards)
Driving bid strategy, technical proposals, and clarifications
Translating application requirements into manufacturable, cost-aligned solutions
Partnering closely with leadership to inform product roadmap and market strategy
Establishing scalable processes, standards, and application templates
Serving as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
8–15+ years in HV/MV transformer sales engineering or application engineering
Deep understanding of power and distribution transformer applications
Strong command of utility and renewable interconnection specifications
Comfortable navigating both customer technical conversations and factory constraints
Commercially sharp and confident discussing cost drivers and margin structure
