Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and enter structured and unstructured data into systems with a high degree of accuracy
Collaborate with database administrators and technical teams to build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines
Validate and audit datasets, ensuring data integrity through cross-referencing and verification
Perform descriptive and diagnostic analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Assist in developing dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Support automation and standardization of data processes and workflows
Document institutional knowledge and data logic to support knowledge transfer and operational continuity
Work closely with team members to align data practices with organizational objectives and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, VBA/macros)
Familiarity with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire
Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts and relational databases
Strong analytical and data validation skills
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Preferred
Exposure to quality systems, operational analytics, or process improvement initiatives
Experience creating technical documentation or process guides
Familiarity with database systems and data governance practices
Interest in automation, AI integration, and workflow optimization
