Mechanical Engineer Intern

Observing and supporting Project Engineers in managing project and in meetings
Observing and supporting Application Engineers in selecting equipment and managing bids
Checking of equipment selections
Checking of mechanical drawings
Checking of Bill of Material
Maintain equipment serial numbers
Review and improve company procedures and workflows
Other professional responsibilities that cater to career aspirations of the intern
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in engineering (i.e., mechanical, industrial, electrical, etc.)
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of basic mechanical systems (rotating equipment, piping)
Preferred
Experience with AutoCAD 2007 or later is a plus
Completion of college Thermodynamic class is a plus
