They are seeking an Engineering Lab Technician to conduct product testing and analysis, support product development, and ensure data accuracy while maintaining lab safety and organization.

Responsibilities
Perform required testing and analyses as outlined in test protocols
Record detailed, accurate data of test results
Communicate clearly with engineering team about test results, flagging any deviations or non-conformances to engineers
Manage a schedule and multiple projects, while ensuring all required tests are completed on time for each product
Think analytically and apply technical reasoning to testing challenges and data interpretation
Operate, maintain, calibrate, and clean laboratory and testing equipment and tools
Follow all safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or associate degree in a science or technical discipline is a plus
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and good organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills (for reporting results, communicating issues, working with team)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
Basic computer skills (data entry, spreadsheet or database work)
Willingness to adhere to safety and compliance procedures (e.g., chemical handling, lab safety)
Preferred
Experience working in a lab or quality control / manufacturing/testing environment preferred but not required
