They are looking to fill four paid Engineering Internships for the summer, where interns will apply basic engineering skills under supervision, focusing on various engineering departments such as transmission, power resources, and operations.

Responsibilities
Apply basic engineering skills in the performance of entry-level engineering work including design of transmission and distribution projects and construction standards
Develop engineering skills and judgment under the supervision of more tenured Engineers and Managers
Apply basic engineering skills in the performance of entry-level engineering work including design of projects, maintenance standards, and establishing asset management frameworks for power generation projects
Implement an Early Fault Detections (EFD) systems on distribution and transmission assets
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in an accredited college program leading to a Bachelor of Science degree or better in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Junior level or above
Preferred
Experience in public power sector
Familiar with software programs AutoCAD or PLS-CADD
