Responsibilities

Support and maintain a multi-building campus network serving faculty, staff, and students
Hands-on troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of wired and wireless infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VLAN segmentation, and access points
Work closely with IT leadership to ensure network performance, reliability, and security across academic and administrative systems
Resolve connectivity issues
Monitor network health
Support firewall policies
Assist with infrastructure upgrades and modernization initiatives

Required

2–4 years of network support experience
Experience with VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and firewall policies
Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments

CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Fortinet certification
Experience supporting campus or multi-site environments
Familiarity with UniFi or FortiGate systems
