IT Support Technician (MSP)
Tech Dynamix is a growing Managed Service Provider serving small and mid-sized businesses across Northeast Ohio. They are seeking a moderately experienced IT Support Technician to troubleshoot and maintain client environments, support Microsoft 365, and provide clear communication with clients.
Responsibilities
Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and common peripherals
Supporting Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user and license management
Onboarding and offboarding users in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
Responding to RMM alerts including patching, maintenance, and remediation
Providing remote support and occasional onsite service visits
Assisting with basic networking, security tasks, and infrastructure support
Documenting work clearly and accurately in our ticketing system
Communicating professionally with clients, no scripts and no guessing
Qualification
Required
2 to 5 years of hands-on IT support experience, MSP or internal IT
Strong Windows 10 and 11 troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
Clear, professional communication by phone, email, and screen share
Ability to manage tasks independently and ask good questions
Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Preferred
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, or basic networking
Familiarity with RMM or ticketing systems
CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar certifications
Home lab, side projects, or ongoing self-learning
