Responsibilities
Design and deliver end-to-end solutions using:
Power Automate (complex workflows, approvals, error handling)
Power Apps (Canvas required; Model-driven preferred)
Dataverse (data modeling, security roles, relationships)
Translate business processes into scalable, secure Power Platform solutions
Build integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise systems
Lead automation initiatives from concept → production → optimization
Serve as a Power Platform technical lead and advisor
Lead the design and implementation of business automation solutions and AI capabilities, leveraging existing platforms such as Microsoft Azure, HubSpot, and other enterprise systems
Collaborate with IT and AI teams to ensure that AI models, tools, and processes are effectively integrated into business operations
Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies to determine their potential fit within the organization, ensuring that they align with our security, compliance, and operational standards
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior analysts, developers, and project teams, ensuring that system designs meet the company’s objectives and technical requirements
Work closely with project managers and IT teams to deliver automation and AI-driven projects on time and within scope
Assist in system testing and validation of AI and automation tools, ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical information into clear, actionable insights
Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback, continuously refining and improving systems and processes
Document and present analysis, recommendations, and progress reports to senior leadership and other key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Education Level: BS (Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field)
7+ years in systems analysis, application development, or technical solution delivery
Power Automate (advanced logic, expressions, approvals, error handling)
Power Apps (Canvas; Model-driven a plus)
Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles)
Power Platform integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, APIs)
Understanding of Power Platform governance and environments
3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience
Experience working in regulated or complex environments
Preferred
Power Platform certifications (PL-100/200/400/600)
Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management)
Power BI, Power Fx, JavaScript
Agile/Scrum experience
Demonstrated delivery of multiple Power Automate flows and Power Apps used by real users
Experience working in regulated or complex environments (healthcare preferred)
