Responsibilities
Conduct complex engineering tests and development activities; analyze results and implement required changes
Review project documentation, work instructions, and blueprints to determine test specifications and troubleshoot technical issues
Set up and perform testing on units and components for design validation, quality control, and failure analysis
Collect, document, and maintain test data, procedures, and equipment records
Support hardware and software development activities as needed
Assist with maintaining equipment and tools used in testing and development
Train and support technicians on processes, equipment, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree, military training, vocational training, or equivalent hands-on experience
Typically 8-10 years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
