Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions
Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution
Architect scalable GenAI applications (using LLMs, RAG, and Agents)
Select the right infrastructure and ensure data security
Guide engineering teams from proof-of-concept to production
Employ innovative techniques, working collaboratively with cross-functional team members and business stakeholders during full lifecycle development process
Serve as the Customer System GenAI domain champion, leading the design and architectural development of innovative solutions that enhance the end-to-end experience for customers across diverse channels
Qualification
Required
9+ years of total experience in software engineering, data engineering, or solution architecture
2+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying GenAI solutions/Agentic AI solutions using RAG in production
Strong proficiency in Python/Rust and modern AI SDKs
Demonstrated ability to create architectural diagrams and technical documentation for non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills
Ability to juggle and complete multiple tasks
Excellent leadership and influencing skills
Proficient at managing multiple global efforts simultaneously
Able to fit in well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities
Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
Engineering/ Technical background preferred
