EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/TECHNICAL OPERATIONS PARTNER TO THE CTO
Realwired is a commercial real estate technology and consulting firm dedicated to enabling financial institutions to make confident and efficient commercial real estate loan decisions. They are seeking a highly proactive Executive Assistant / Technical Operations Partner to support the CTO in managing projects, communications, and operational efficiency within the engineering organization.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted partner to the CTO, helping prioritize initiatives, manage bandwidth, and keep projects moving forward
Proactively organize and manage a calendar that is primarily back-to-back meetings, ensuring the CTO is prepared, aligned, and focused
Own inbox organization and communication flow, ensuring timely responses, follow-ups, and clarity across stakeholders
Assist with preparation for leadership meetings, standups, and 1:1s, including agendas, notes, and action items- They run on EOS
Support both professional and limited personal needs (appointments, scheduling, logistics as needed)
Help coordinate and communicate across a 20-person engineering organization (onshore and offshore)
Facilitate follow-through on technical initiatives (e.g., SOC 2 compliance, cross-functional projects), ensuring stakeholders are identified and aligned
Track initiatives, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure nothing stalls or falls through the cracks
Partner closely with engineering leadership to support communication, organization, and execution
Serve as a connective tissue between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Draft, organize, and manage internal communications related to projects, timelines, and priorities
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Teams (including integrated note-taking), HubSpot, Jira, and project management platforms
Assist with presentations and materials using tools like Canva
Help establish and improve processes that make the CTO and team faster, more aligned, and more effective
Manage expenses using company Amex cards
Assist with light travel coordination (limited travel required)
Support CRM and operational tools as needed (Hubspot)
Qualification
Required
Highly proactive and self-directed; sees what needs to be done and moves it forward
Exceptionally strong communicator — clear, confident, and comfortable engaging with technical leaders
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded
Not reserved or passive — thrives on collaboration, discussion, and problem-solving
Able to operate with discretion and sound judgment

Preferred
Background supporting technical leaders (CTO, Engineering, Product)
Entry-level Scrum Master experience would be a strong plus
Familiarity with EOS operating systems
Experience managing teams across onshore and offshore environments
