Provide exceptional client service
Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of clients and patients through the animal hospital
Greet clients
Determine the needs of the clients and patients
Complete the check-in and check-out process
Perform the office duties related to patient care and treatment
Assist the Hospital Manager and doctors as needed

Required

Exceptional client service skills
Ability to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of clients and patients

Willingness to work full time with varying scheduled days and hours
Ability to work weekends if required
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to perform some heavy lifting
