Responsibilities
Design and implement control systems for industrial processes and machinery
Program PLCs (Rockwell Automation), DCS (Emerson DeltaV), and HMI/SCADA systems (Rockwell, Ignition)
Develop control system architecture, select components, and create schematics/documentation
Integrate instrumentation, manage databases, and commission systems onsite
Lead small projects and mentor junior engineers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Control, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Science
5+ years of experience with PLC/DCS/HMI programming and control systems design
Instrumentation and process control experience
Knowledge of VBA, .NET, and SQL for HMI/SCADA development
Stable work history demonstrating technical expertise
Preferred
Experience with industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus) and automation protocols (HART, Foundation Fieldbus)
Electrical schematics, control panels, and NEC standards knowledge
Familiarity with S88 Batch, life sciences regulations (cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11), GAMP5, and validation
