Responsibilities
Assisting the Assistant Director of Finance in maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
Supervising other areas within the Finance Department under the direction of the Assistant Director of Finance, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audit and general cashiering in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
2-3 years previous experience working in an accounting or finance role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong computer skills and excel knowledge
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience preferred
Hospitality experience is strongly preferred
Working knowledge of hotel systems and operations preferred
