Responsibilities
Maintain hardware inventory and manage device repairs
Manage IT tickets in a timely manner to meet SLAs
Research new technology and tools and share those findings with the team
Communicate clearly and effectively with all members of our team
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in IT support
Ability to manage level 1 support tickets
Ability to facilitate new hire hardware deployment
Ability to maintain hardware inventory and manage device repairs
Ability to manage IT tickets in a timely manner to meet SLAs
Ability to research new technology and tools and share findings with the team
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all team members
Preferred
Google Workspace admin experience
Ubiquiti/Meraki hardware and software experience
WiFi and Networking experience
IT System Administrator technical degree/background
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence
Experience with MacOS, iOS, Android platforms
Experience with Kandji or other MDM platform
Experience with SoC2/IT Audit processes
