Responsibilities
Function as a Client Representative; keep in touch with past and current project staff and contacts
Actively participate in the project and foster relationships with the project team
Regularly communicate with the lead inspector, contractor, and stakeholders to ensure project quality
Input data from tests and inspection into the project database and generate reports for clients
Read and interpret plans and specifications
Perform and verify field measurements of completed tasks on the projects for reports, records, and payment
Complete detailed records of inspections and test results for project documentation and historical reference
Perform onsite sampling and testing of material such as soil compaction, aggregate, and concrete
Qualification
Required
At least 5+ years of experience in construction, field/project work
A strong understanding of math and science
Knowledge of construction safety principles
Familiarity with surveying and mapping techniques
Strong listening, speaking, and writing skills
The ability to think critically, troubleshoot operations, and provide meaningful feedback
A valid driver's license
Preferred
A degree in Construction Management (preferred, not required)
