Responsibilities
End-to-end project management: Planning, scheduling, dependency management, risk management, and ongoing tracking of project progress
Delivery leadership & implementation: Bridging business needs with technological solutions, ensuring decisions are implemented and projects deliver tangible value
Building operational foundations: Supporting the setup of workflows, methodologies, and cross-functional operational processes
Matrix collaboration: Coordinating across business units, technology teams, information security, and external vendors
Removing blockers: Proactively identifying and resolving obstacles that may delay project execution
Governance & ethics: Ensuring AI projects comply with organizational standards related to data quality, privacy, and responsible data usage
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in project management (PMO / Project Manager), preferably in a technological environment
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to understand technological concepts and translate them into project-level implications (development experience not required, but strong tech orientation is essential)
Ability to create high-quality presentations, requirement documents, and process documentation
Preferred
Genuine interest and familiarity with the AI domain, with an emphasis on Generative AI
Familiarity with the banking or financial sector
Previous experience in system implementation and organizational training
