Vice President, Product Manager - Data Management

Responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Defines and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Quality & Contracts Platform
Gathers and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance functions
Leads end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, development, launch, and continuous improvement
Collaborates with engineering, UX, data governance and data products teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions
Establishes and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decisions
Drives change in a complex and heavily collaborative environment and adopt and pivot to evolving business needs by learning quickly on-the-job
Communicates product vision, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
3+ years focused on data management, data quality, or contract management platforms
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade products or platforms
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and contract lifecycle management
Experience working with agile development methodologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with ability to influence and drive change in a matrixed organization
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Preferred
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Master's degree in a relevant field
Experience in financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries
Hands-on experience with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Talend) and contract management solutions
Technical proficiency in data architecture, data integration, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
